Two simple cover instructions
You can decorate your cover any way you want, use your imagination. What kind of nationality your cover represents? We also emphasis the use of recycled materials. Remember that foil is the main material, it stops the signal from RFID chips.
Cardboard-foil cover
1.) Cut two rectangle shaped cardboard pieces in size 30 x 13,5cm.
2.) Cut about the same size of foil and glue the pieces together in a way that foil is placed in between them. Trim the foil if it goes over the edge of cardboard.
3.) Fold rectangle short sides towards the center for 5cm. Passports sides are places inside these folds in the end to keep the passport steadily inside the cover.
4.) Cut 34 x 15,5cm sized piece of contact plastic. Coat the cover with plastic contact like you would coat a book, but stick the folded sides together.
5.) The cover is closed with a rubber band. You can glue or tape the rubber band to cover in a way you want to prevent it getting lost.
Coffee packing cover
1.) Cut a piece sized 27 x 17cm out of coffee packing.
2.) Cut a piece of cardboard sized 20 x 13,5cm.
3.) Stick the piece of coffee packing and the piece of cardboard together with contact plastic so that on the other end, there is a folded flap. Other side of the passport is placed inside this folding to keep the passport steady in the cover.
4.) The cover can be closed with a rubber band.
